ELT works with all vehicles titled by the VA DMV. Boats are titled and registered by the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Boat trailers are titled and registered by the DMV.

How long does it take to receive a title released electronically?

The DMV runs a daily process. If a lender releases a title on Monday, the DMV will process the message Monday night (releasing the lien) and print and mail it (USPS) on Tuesday.
